Q.How far do you travel?
A.We travel up to 60 miles from our warehouse location of 334 Broad Street Sumter, SC 29150. Please use GOOGLE MAPS if unsure about distance and whether we travel to your area. Travel fees will apply if further than 10 miles from our warehouse!

Q.How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A.For best selection and to ensure we are able to fit you into our delivery schedule, we recommend you make your reservation as soon as you know the date, time, and location of your event, All rental items are first come, first serve.
Q.Is a down payment required?
A.Yes, we require a down payment of 40% of your total.
Q.When is the balance due?
A.All balances are due at time of delivery! Our delivery drivers are able to accept credit/debit cards and cash payments. You may also pay your balance anytime prior to delivery through the link that will be provided in your original emailed receipt.
Q.Are inflatables safe?
A.Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined in the operator safety agreement are followed and the inflatable is supervised at all times, they are very safe.
Q.Do you clean your inflatable equipment?
A.Absolutely, we clean and sanitize all of our rental equipment in accordance with CDC recommendations. We use CDC recommended chemicals such as OdoBan, Lysol, Bleach, just to name a few.
Q.Can we set up the inflatable equipment in an area where there is no electricity?

Q.What is included with my inflatable rental?
A.We provide 50ft 10/12-gauge extension cord with your rental. If needing to go further than 50ft from your electrical outlet, you can rent an extra extension cord from us. If you would like to provide your own extension cord, a heavy duty 10/12-gauge cord is required. To avoid breaker tripping issues, we DO NOT recommend going further than 100ft. If needing to go further than a 100ft a generator is required and can be rented by visiting our party extras category.
If renting a wet inflatable, we will provide the water hose that goes from the top of the inflatable to the ground. It will be the customers responsibility to provide the water source and to provide the garden hose that leads from the water spigot to our hose located on the unit. You can also rent a garden hose from us as well, if needed. For any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Q.Do inflatables use a lot of electricity?
A.
When it comes to costs, it will depend on what size inflatable is rented and what size blower is required to run that particular equipment. A small 1HP blower can cost about $0.13 per hour in electricity, a 1.5HP blower can cost about $0.15 per hour in electricity, and finally, a 2HP blower can cost about $. 022 per hour in electricity. So basically, if you were to run the bounce house for an average of 8 hours, it would cost $1.04 - $1.76 in electricity.
Q.Do you do site visits?
A.Absolutely! We can schedule a site visit to go over the details of your event. We do charge a site visit fee of $75 plus mileage, if applicable, which is based on distance from our warehouse location. If you decide to reserve our services, this $75 fee will be subtracted from your total.
Q.What should I do about underground lines or sprinkler systems?
A.All underground utilities and/or sprinkler systems need to be marked before a tent rental is installed. You must call 811 (Call before you dig national hotline) to request your property be marked for underground utility lines. We will not be responsible for any damage to any underground lines or sprinkler systems that is not marked or is not marked correctly.
Q.When will you set up my tent rental?
A.Due to the time that it takes to install a tent, we typically like to set up the day before your event and pickup the day after. If needing to be setup early or picked up by specific times, additional charges may apply.
